Continuing Education/ In-Services

All active members must complete 15 hours per in-service year. Due by 11/15 of the current year.

Continuing education is a term for post-secondary learning adults pursue after high school. It can include classes, workshops, conferences, and degree programs. 

Why take continuing education courses? To learn new skills,  improve existing skills, discover new passions, stay informed, and continue learning after membership is granted.

All new members are required to take this course, which is offered once a year and includes all Spring and Fall intakes from the previous year.


This course is designed to help members navigate the sorority and connect with leadership and peers in a safe and supportive environment.

All newly elected chapter presidents, vice presidents, and secondary national board members must complete this course to maintain their leadership roles. The course is designed to ensure effective leadership throughout the organization.

Each chapter must obtain a certificate of compliance to conduct a local intake process. The course consists of five sessions, beginning at the National Conference and concluding at the end of Quarter 3. The individual who completes the course is required to serve as the intake coordinator the following fall and is also expected to train t

All newly established chapters are required to participate in this course.
