Frequently Asked Questions

Inservices are hours that members must accumulate each year for continuing education and learning.

Starting in 2026, you’ll need to complete a total of 25 hours. You can earn 15 of those hours by completing "Did You Knows" or engaging in our Zoom in-services. Plus, you’ll need an additional 10 hours for your sorority committee obligation. Remember, the 10 hours must come from your committee participation, and you can’t make the hours up with extra in-services or Did You Knows

You will be kicked out of the Sorority; just kidding. You will be fined at the end of the year. All fines must be paid before or along with the dues renewal.

You are responsible for tracking the Hours. You can download the In-Service tracking form from the forms section of the website. You can also email compliance to ensure your hours are counted accurately.

Please send your tracker to the compliance team and allow them 3 to 5 days to investigate and identify the discrepancy. The reporting system is efficient, so they should be able to locate the missing hours and will follow up with the national office to ensure the adjustment is made.

You can email them at the address for the office that the form is from. If you're unsure of the email address, you can use the buttons on this page.

Open calls provide extra support for members. It is a first-come, first-served platform where members can ask questions or seek clarification on issues. These calls do not count as in-service.

For any additional questions, please get in touch with the Operations Team. You can use the Button on this page to start your email.
